This policy applies to the Logic Forge Agency website at logicforgeagency.com. Logic Forge Agency (“we”, “us”) is an independent, operator-led studio. If you become a client, any additional data handling is covered by your separate service agreement.

Information you send us. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, business name, website, selected service, and message you provide. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include.

Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) to keep the site available and secure. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

We use the information you send only to respond to your inquiry, scope work you have asked about, and follow up about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site and reply to you:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.
• SendGrid (Twilio) — delivery of contact-form emails.

These providers process data on our behalf. We do not otherwise disclose your information, except where required by law.

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any storage used is strictly to make the site function.

We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a record of our correspondence, then delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
